Actually, it was deleted by that random admin because
I put it up for proposed deletion, and five days elapsed without it being contested.
Oh, so
that's what the flood of emails from Wikipedia was about. Oh no, wait,
it didn't tell me once the page was flagged for deletion.

It'd be much better to simply have a link in the external links of the main article.
Really, what is the fucking point in Wikipedia if all the information has to exist elsewhere already?
But hey, whatever. You and your Wikipedia can rot. I'll find another way to get SS2 information to people.

And was it supposed to? I'm sorry for not informing you personally.

That's the spirit of the (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:No_original_research) No Original Research policy. Wikipedia is a not a publisher of first instance.
Besides I meant a link to offsite instructions for multiplayer.

It would have been nice. Since I wrote most of it
and had the page
watched. Something simple like "Oh hey Hemebond, that page you spent a lot of time making has been flagged for deletion so you might want to contest it".

Of which there is only a forum post made by Kolya. Which is apparently against the rules too. Or is it just crediting that prevents the use of forum posts?
Where can I get the text from the page?

Surely a better solution would be to make a new sub-section in the main article that draws attention to the multiplayer guide, which is already available at SBF?

ITT we treat Wikipedia like it's Mobygames, and then call editors cocksuckers for removing stuff that is not in line with the mission statement of an encyclopedia
There's a time and a place, people

Oh you did? :p
I can't remember now. I remember spending hours learning Wikipedia's formatting. Testing Hamachi settings.
Sorry, I did get a lot from yours though. Kolya wrote most of the content. I just converted it to Wikipedia with some edits.

I did my best to remove any tutorial-like grammar. I'm really just pissed off at myself for putting that much effort into something that someone else controls; only to have it deleted without any notice whatsoever.
Won't make that mistake again.
