I've only watched the first part so far, but from what I've seen I have to say that it's really nicely done! :thumb: (There are plenty of spoilers in these videos, so anyone who still hasn't played SS2 is well-advised to stay away.)
Watching the first part of the tribute reminded me of why System Shock 2 is still the best game I've played to date. (With Deus Ex coming a very close second.)
It would be cool if eventually we could download a higher quality version, all in one part?
I also noticed you did a video with the electronic pumpkin and Silver Shamrock theme from Halloween 3! That film is a guilty pleasure of mine. The opening sequence and the music are really brilliant. Too bad the rest of the film wasn't. But at least they tried something different.

The way you presented this sort of threw me for a moment.
The first video really kicks off with a solid bang, but as it progressed, I became very confused as you never cut to in game video.
The pacing in the first video slows abruptly and felt too spaced, but as I moved into the next videos I think I see what your intentions are.
It seems to be more about the music with the interpersed audio logs telling the story than about the visuals.
Like RedRain I'd love to see a complete and higher quality release of this.

Yes, that was the intention. I originally thought of adding game footage, but decided it would be best for the listener to just remember how they played the game since everyone plays it differently. Just using your imagination while listening to the music works much better. The audio logs were just to keep the story moving forward with more attention on Rebecca and Tommy since they carry the sub-plot with great emotional impact.
I do have a uncut hi-res version which I originally intended to post on YouTube, but their limitations are pretty strict. I think the whole file weighs in around 1gb.
Thanks for the compliments! I love the game!
redrain85, I'm glad you enjoyed Silver Shamrocks Magic Pumpkin. I don't know what possessed me to create that, but I must admit Halloween 3 is one of my guilty pleasures too. I'm absolutely stunned at how many hits it gets. The fanbase must be far bigger than I ever imagined.
