I was thinking more along the lines of English not being his/her native language...
Anyway, Bioshock is a good game in its own right, but it feels a lot like System Shock 2 with all of the corners cut off. Deus Ex I can't speak for, but it's well-praised by many of the members here, and if there was a choice between the two of them I bet the unanimous outcry would be to go for Deus Ex.

I would have upgraded Bioshock to the pointed grown-up scissors though, since there's an option to turn the Vita Chambers off. :p
