I seem to recall SHODAN saying to you that she is activating the primary elevator for you to take to Deck 6 and she'll tell you her wishes when you arrive. So, wouldn't that be the elevator that was activated?

Everything you did on Engineering was to restore power to the elevators as Xerxes had shut them off I believe. Shodan didn't do much else aside from shower you with CMs and bitch excessively.
At that point in the game, she was still utterly powerless.

Regardless, the point I was trying to make is that Rebecca was alone in Engineering - very possible she got implanted there.

If SHODAN could hax the QBRM, would Goggles last 5 seconds after taking out the Many?
I know there are some hardcore gamers out there who never use the QBRM, but most of you don't seem to use guns either and there's a gun in the canonical end scene. Not perfect logic I know, but I happen to think that the whole "don't you like my new look" thing was just in there for camp horror movie shock value.

I meant She would perhaps have "infected" Goggles on the Rick or even on the VB after getting her admin powers back.
