3. I believe she meant SHODAN's release onto the Von Braun, not Citadel itself.

5. If I remember the logs, Rebekka gets "bitten" on her way out of the VB. Its a wound that won't seem to heal...
I think the log is somewhere on command before they escape on the shuttle...

It was by a 'some kind of spider' so odds are she was poisoned. I believe Delacroix knew it was shodan, just that she didn't really have much choice other than to help her

Which always narked me. Why the hell is Polito's final log on the rickenbacker of all places? Surely it would be better to have her on deck four, even deck five (in her quarters?)

I don't think you'll find an explanation. It seems to me that it was just tacked on for the ending. I hate it far more than the 'nahh' part of the ending.
AR Masters explaination is pretty good though.
