I working on transfer SS2 on Valve Source Engine, and for acceleration of process I searching for some way to convert base geometry of *.mis files to *.bsp.
Is any one can help me in this problem?

Yeah there is one hanging around. It was originally made for Thief 2 levels, but it works, kinda, for SS2 levels. Its called COWgen or something. I used it a few years ago. You'll have to do all the searching yourself though, as i no longer have it, but also because i don't think you really should bother.
Your only going to get the base geometry out of the conversion (no textures either). Which means its dead useless for anything else other than a blueprint, and even then it'll all be out of scale.
I tried doing what your trying to do now but for the Doom 3 engine a few years ago. I converted all of medsci in and started work on it, but the geometry was messed up and i ended up scrapping it and building it by hand.

I suggest you grab an image of the map of the level your trying to build and use that. ALT-TAB in and out of the SS2 game to look at the level in realtime while your building it.
