Ok, I see a problem forming and I suggest nipping it in the but before it gets out of hand. The Hamachi system is a very useful program but has it's limitations. The biggist of which is 16 members per network. So i vote that we create a system that will allow people to have the highest chance of finding a partner to play with and being able to join a network. Here is what I think will be the most effective:
1 - We create a set number of networks with the same password and similar names (like the SSArena1, SSArena2,and SSArena3 that RocketMan created, except we increase that number to say 5 or 6)
2 - As a rule, when you first log on to find a partner/group to play with, you can log into all of the networks. When you find a partner/group, you LEAVE all the other networks save the one you are playing over. When you are not playing and not looking, you also must LEAVE the network. This allows others to use it when you are not.
3 - If you plan on playing the same game over multiple sessions, try to work out a date and time of the next session BEFORE you leave the game. This saves time, hassle, nerves, and patience.
That is about all i can think of. Please give input, especially if you want to impliment something like this.

"A Hamachi network comes with a default capacity of 16
members. The restriction is in effect during the beta
testing. Please bear with us while we polish the system."
This seems to indicate that the 16 member restriction will not last very long. If we just wait, maybe it will become easier -I'm believe making 4 networks places more burden on their systems than simply having 64 people on 1.
So send them polish for the system!

I had originally intended to allow everybody to join whatever the hell they wanted until the servers started to get packed and then find all the people with multiple accounts and ask them individually which server they prefer to be in and then boot them from the others to make room for newcomers
If there is a high enough volume, and in the interest of consistency I can make SSArena4 and 5, etc but i'd rather see how the first 3 turn out. But I agree that under the circumstances of the beta, some guidelines would be useful. We'll play it by ear.

I quite agree, all that port probing and connection configuration.

what configuration?.
Sorry for any confusion, I was trying to point out how ludicrous it was to call a network utility "gay" by making homosexual innendos. I'm not suprised it didn't work.

Hamachi doesn't work on ME, every time I try to install it, The message 'Installation package appears to me corrupted' comes up. :(
I suppose I'll have to do this the hard way...
Anyone want to MP? :D
