I played MP extensively, with a lot of people from the TTLG community, and it was always so much fun. I hope I'm able to play it again.

Played some multiplayer today with one other person. Was excellent fun, with almost no bugs! Had a few invincible enemies show up, but they were fixable with reloads. Biggest problem is when one player crashed, and they couldn't join a new hosted save. Apparently if one player leaves mid-game, then the save file thinks that there should only be one player. It's easily fixed by changing the .json file in the savegames folder, but now instead of both players' loadout, we both have a clone of the host. All the equipment is dropped on the ground, so that's fine, but the skills are duplicate of the host, so other players' cybermodules are basically lost.
Hopefully they fix this, as it means you have to play a multiplayer game through in a single setting, and crashing means losing your unique builds.
