It sounds great, very early-2000s ambient style. Wouldn't be too hard to get similar sounds with any polyphonic synth and a good reverb plugin, though.
My trick for fighting GAS is to watch demos of stuff I already own. Last synth I bought was Strega in ‘21, and at this point I think I have more than enough to make the kind of music I want to; it's more a matter of motivating myself to do it.
