Single White Bosmer Looking For Excitement:
I'll bet this question has been asked before, but I'm having trouble finding suggestions by searching...
I finished the main quest some months ago - have risen to master of all the guilds I'm interested in. I've covered the map, but don't want to say goodbye to Morrowind just yet. Are there any hard-to-find/interesting/difficult places to adventure to? Any suggestions about what to do now?
Boredom is a dangerous thing and I'm comtemplating becoming a cold-blooded killer just to get a rush again.
...and by the way, does the often-heard "Wealth beyond measure, Outlander" mean anything?

You said all the guilds you're "interested in."
I say: join 'em all. I had no interest in the Imperial Legion or the Imperial Cult my first few times through. But they're both fun. That's just an example. Join ever faction you can. The quests for most factions are really surprisingly similar.
Few things off the top of my head.
Have you:
1. Found all the Threads of the Webspinner for the Grandmaster of the Morag Tong?
2. Gotten all 4 of the Daedric Face helms?
3. Freed enough slaves to talk to the head of the Twin Lamps?
4. Read the exhaustive GameSpot (
http://www.gamespot.com/gamespot/gameguides/all/morrowind/contents.html) guide? It has every side quest and mini quest listed by area. Also check the Walkthrough section of the (
http://www.m0use.net/~uesp) UESP.
I would also recommend buying Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Well worth it.

I always took that to be a greeting of some sort... 'I wish you wealth beyond measure, outlander' Note you only start to hear it what your reputation improves.

Thanks for the info. Zaphod, I have made progress towards, but not completed any of those. It also reminded me of the quest to find all of the shrines around the island. Unfortunately, I forget the notes about those quests and find navigating the journal to be annoying. I'll get the Gamespot guide and be reborn!!
I killed one of the Imperial Cult (a stray arrow - I swear!) and now they all bum rush me - but I take the high ground and pluck them one by one.

If you purchase either Tribunal or Bloodmoon, you will find the Journal is much easier to navigate. One of the great parts about both expansion packs is that they add a totally new Journal, which takes all your old quests and journal notes and reorganizes them by Quest, so you can see at a glance what Quests you have left undone. Almost worth the price of the expansion right there.

Unless you're on the XBox, in which case they wimped out and didn't make any changes to the GOTY version... oh well.

They didn't change the journal system for the Xbox GOTY edition?! How odd.
