Heh.. I just made this up at the cathedral map.
Boost your running aug to full, or atleast almost full. Then, when an enemy comes near, just jump over him and start running on his head.
Soon the enemy will die to your furious kicks, repeat this with other enemies nearby.

I found it out in Vandenburg when you can sneak into the globe room and onto a railing overlooking a couple of MJ12 troops. (The ones near a female scientist and a med bot.) I just kind of dropped onto the head of one and he went down. Before that I used to use it to destroy cleaner bots and disabled spider bots, but it never occurred to me to use it on human enemies.

Those cats were fast as lightning!
