That was shockingly bad clock management from such a prominent football school. Why they even threw the ball on their last set escapes me, I though that was definite run territory. The Nebraska D line ate you boys for dinner though, and probably deserved to win, they were the better team across the 4 quarters.
I feel bad for Tebow, the man is a living legend of the sport, would have been great to see him get another bowl victory. Bama looked like the stronger of the two winners, but it should be a great game.

I can't believe it hasn't been mentioned yet, but - Ryan Giggs? Seriously?

I was scratching my head a bit over that one, too.

'Sports personality' is a bit of an oxymoron. Until they start acknowledging darts players that is.

As much as he didn't actually deserve the PFA award last year I have a lot of sympathy for this decision actually. He's a very positive role model who remains insanely fit and completely professional into his late 30s. I don't believe that you have to win something to be a good "sports personality" and it's nice that he's won.
be funny if he did a Tiger and turned out to be spitroasting whores with Rooney next week though

I see Wolves have been asked to explain themselves to the Premier League regarding team selection. Like it wasn't bloody obvious.
Also bye bye Jim Magilton :(

Whoops, excellent point - I was reading an article about Brendan Rodgers and ended up putting the wrong team in.
