Super difficult (but realistic) Challenge for Thief 1-2 for really hardcore taffers

I have in mind the real challenge for real Garretts. The challenge which while sounds almost unbeatable, still possible. And I can prove it. I've finished Thief 2 under these conditions. That wasn't walking in the park but I want to say without false pretending that I always was sure that I'm able to do it. This challenge will horror you with simplicity of the rules. But the simplicity of the rules doesn't meat the simplicity of the goal. Chess' rules are trivial too but the game isn't for weak minds. Behold the NEW ULTIMATE CHALLENGE: to end the game without eating the single carrot!

Just some clarifications:
1) Can we use Quick Save?
2) Can we eat cheese?
3) Can we knock out carrots?

If you want to practice your dromeding skills, you can edit the original missions to make seeing a carrot cause a mission failure, using TrigFlicker. Just add a "don't look at carrots" objective to each mission, and a property to the carrot parent object in the hierarchy such that seeing a carrot will fail the objective.

Pointless change, but a useful exercise.
