ok go to the mages guild and go all the way to the bottom of the building and go left (if your comeing from the top) then lock pick or whatever you use the lock that is 25 take then talk to the person that was standing near the chest then she will teach you the skeleton skill or a raise ghost skill (i like the ghost skill better).

Well, the "Summon Skeletal Champion" spell is fairly common...just go ahead and teleport around to the different mage's guilds and ask everyone...but even better are the summon atronachs, hungers and daedroths.....

you are not talking about the balmora's mage guild, are you? everyone is pretty much out in the open..last time I checked that is.
