I used to drink craploads of Irn Bru, but at the moment just 7up/Sprite all the time - my drinking habits don't change in the summer.

Sleemans Honey Brown ale. You will never go back to the other swill.

Why is there a distinct lack of wine in this thread?
Fairhall downs Sauvignon Blanc is a pretty spectacular summer drink, but I'm a bit of a sucker for any New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc at the moment.

(
http://www.winesnw.com/SteChapelleListing.htm#Special) Special Harvest Riesling from Ste. Chapelle Winery. (In Idaho of all places!)
This is the best wine I've ever drank, and should be mentioned, because it's great on a warm evening when it's served chilled.

Patagonia is a great hot-weather-and-sunshine beer, and I have kind of a thing for Red Stripe over the summer months, too. More often, though, my tastes run more toward St. Ambroise Oatmeal Stout and the like - not really ideal when it's super-hot outside, but hard to beat otherwise.
