I have a very real question, if Youtube doesn't allow snuff films or depictions of deadly violence and other similar videos like that, how come it allows the Zapruder Film no problem.
Case in point:

I think that's because is not so evident. Thinking, there could be some reason: gore and violence are against the YouTube's rules (even if I've seen the most violent scenes ever just there). There's also another possibiliy: that no one reported the video as unappropriated.

The Zapruder film has a historical context- the assassination of JFK. I don't think I should have to explain why that's important.

I know sometimes videos sneak by and stay up for a few days or weeks, but look on the side bar of that link, there are almost two dozen clips of it. Haha, even one that is a 'featured video'. This is going to be my quest from here on out, to find the reason for it. You can't say the gore is not evident, you see the guys brain get blasted out after getting shot. (Dare I say it... from an assassin hiding in the sewer, and not from the guy with the black umbrella shooting a poison-tipped dart; as 'they' want you to believe).

The Bud Dwyer video is on YouTube. I'm not sure that has historical significance.

Dammit!! I've seen the video, these things should be banned from the Internet!! |Why?? Because it's non-educational, and some teenager could be shocked and/or repeat the infamous action.
YouTube sucks at all!
Now I'll flag the video, and I bet 1000 dollars that in a month it will be still online.

Are you fucking serious? Are you really dumb enough to think that a teenager would suddenly magically imitate Bud Dwyer's suicide after seeing it on Youtube? You do realize that when it happened, (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bud_Dwyer) it was broadcast live during the daytime and aside from scarring a few kids nobody killed themselves over it, right?

Ya, you're right, nobody would ever -- shit, I accidently placed this gun into my mouth, let me just get it out without pulling the trig

Do you know how a teenager reasons? Apparently not. How do you think that the emo trend came out? We don't have to give negative signals to the younger generation, this would not be good at all. And placing these kinds of videos to the reach of the younger it's a real bullshit.
