I've finished all objectives except Locking Grent in the Library...?!?! I have no idea how to do this....where he is...what to do.

You need to go into the library without alerting him at all (he's in the library), and find the key that's on one of the tables then leave and lock the door.

The order in which to frob the masks is: 2nd level south side, 4th level north side, 2nd level north side and 1st level south side. A bit of wall should open on the lowest level.
