Where is the Mentor's Ring?? I found it in my last game but forgot where. Is it that tomb where the Orc lady at the Balmora Mage's Guild wants you to pick up that skull??

It´s in Samarys ancestral tomb, i can´t find my map but i know it´s pretty close to seyda neen, NW i belive on the shoreline somewhere.
