Stupid question about Birthdays.

when you scroll down and see people birthdays,does the black number show what age they are? I'm very,stupid. I think they do but I want to make sure..(little things like that bug me if i don't know the answer..)

Entering 1902 as the year of birth seems to be the last one accepted.

On some forums I put when i was born and it wouldn't let me in...

Yes, however if you are not 13 years old you will require your parents' or guardians' permission to use these forums.

This 13 years old requirment, is it some kind of internet law that all forum holders have to follow? This 'rule' can always be avoided easily yes?

It is part of an Act of Law known as the "Children's Online Privacy Protection Act 2001". It relates to the collection of personal information about children under the age of 13 years of age.

*grinds teeth* I'm not one of those stupid kids! Grrrrr,6days and a week before i'm 13. besides,i never did ask permission,except when i first got on the internet on diablo2,weeee the dirty language was everywere. I keep on getting myself kicked off :joke:
