Stupid Ordinators... and Game Crashing... and other stuff - by O_Guaglione

I've been doing some reading and I can't figure out why every ordinator in Vivec and Molag Mar is at my throat. I have no bounty on my head. I have even tried to have my name cleared by the Thieves' Guild, but they keep saying that I'm not wanted for anything.
No other Ordinator in the game seems to care about me. Would this have anything to do with my rank in the Imperial Legion, the competition of the Temple Ordinators? I'm Patriarch of the Temple, and I've even spoken with Vivec, yet "The Man" still wants to keep me down. Is this a bug? Did I sleep with an Ordinator's sister and not realize it, and now they're all out to get me?
Please advise. Thanks y'all.
Another question: Whose game crashes every 100 feet that they walk outside? There are some days that mine does, then there are other days that it is fine. I think it has something to do with the vernal equinox and the position of Saturn in regard the the Andromeda Cluster. Please advise if using Feng Shui will help channel the good karma towards my CPU so that this stops happening.
Also, I decided to go speak with the Head Temple Dude and Vivec before being pronounced Nerevarine or Hortator of any tribe or Great House. Everyone acknowledges me as the hero and wishes me luck, but there are many people who are disappointed in me that I have not fulfilled the prophesies. Have I just shot myself in the foot at this point, or is it cool to go back and do what I was supposed to to first? Or is it simply not necessary to complete those tasks? I already have been told by what to do to kill Dagoth at this point. I think I'll just go get that Dwemer stuff for that stupid Heart and beat up on Dagoth and just complete the quest that way. Yeah, that's the ticket.
PS. I farted

You might have worn a pair of indoril armor infront of them. They all attack you no matter what if you do that.

or, if you've done the imperial legion quests, i found that
after i rescued the legionaire out of the arena canton that every ordinator attacks me on sight, maybe because i took out some of those punks on my escape.
only thing you can do then is to kick ass and take names. and level up really fast.

Yeah, I was thinking at one point that it may have been related to that rescue quest for the Imperial Legion. Probably was it. Oh well. After you whip their butts, you get an ebony mace and some other goodies to sell.

Hmm... nope, in and of itself, the IL quest isn't it; maybe if you slaughtered your way thru Vivec to get him out, but if you just killed the two Ordinators who auto-attack you and then just dodged the rest, it shoudn't be the problem. My bet's on what Ryushi said.

You more than likely wore the indoril helm and talked to an ordinator with it on. I did this and they screamed something about sacriledge. I used the ordinator in a shop in Vivec to finance my lighting arrows. He does this by dying at my hand and providing expensive armor to sell. Good luck with it as they respawn and never stop attacking.

I keep thinking that if I just stop killing them, they'll eventually leave me alone. I've got more money than God because of the one in the Smith shop in the Foreign Quarter Plaza. He's been kind enough to donate his life (and armor) to me a half dozen times, at least. So, lately, because I've gotten sick of killing them, I've resorted to skulking around in "concealment" mode or freezing them with Medusa's Gaze...which is kind of funny. If anyone figures out how to stop them, please let me know.

'Fraid they'll never stop attacking on their own; if you're on a PC though, there are a number of fan-made mods that let you turn that off. Someone once recommended one on this link, the 2nd one down. If you're on an XBox though, you're kinda farked.
