OK, guys. I'm at an impasse. I have wanndered around level 7, been down to level 8 at several locations and just don't seem to know what to do next. I haven't found the third part of the Key of Infinity yet, or the skeleton of Garamon. Any guidance
available?

The Key of Infinity is a combined key. In other words, use the others together to make it.
Garamon's bones are in an alcove above the lava in the northwest section of level 8. Just go north from the start of the level and across the lava towards the shrine area. Keep heading west until you reach the alcove maze. The bones should be identified with the 'look' function as a warrior's as well as being among goodies of power and an amulet.
Stictly speaking, those two items are all that are left for you to get before the finale. Otherwise, you can travel around the level and gather some great stuff. Too bad you finished off the upper levels already and there is no respawn. I never did use the bow of infinity in battle.

Brad, I guess I'm still confused. I thought the staircase in the upper NW corner of level 7 led upwards to the earlier levels, not down to eight. I've been down to eight in at least four spots, but they all seem to be dead ends.

OK, I thought you had been to the main part of level 8, already.
First, you need to defeat Tyball, then you can continue on with my advice. The way down is in the room past him.

Proceeding nicely. Have found the skeleton and spoken with him. I am still missing the third part of the key of infinity. I have the white section and the red section but have no idea where the third part is. Been just about everywhere. Any help?

What are the names of the Keys you have acquired. I don't have any save games with any individual Key, just the Key of Infinity.
I guess the green one (the one you need) is Truth. You need to use a shrine to get this one. There is a mantra given by a mage on the 6th level that does this.

You know, I think I have all the keys I need. I have combined the key of love and the key of truth and have the green key of courage. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get it to bond with the other two. Am I missing something? I've tried just about everything.

IT should connect when you either
a: click the key piece and then the key
or
b: click the key and then the key piece...
