How do you get the vintage bottle for Suger-lips?
It says that some guy Ralen Hlaado (i think thats spelt right..) has been murdered, so Habasi wan'ts this now!
How do you complete this mission i don't know where to get the bottle & stuff, Couid you tell me who's the murderer aswell, the citizens of Balmora said it was a red haired Dunmer and Nine-Toes, but others say Nine-toes did'nt do it!? :erg:

The murdered guy's house is next to the north-east guard tower. The brandy is on a shelf in the dining room. You'll have to pick the door.
This is another buggy quest for me (I have had a few), so I don't know what you have to do to find the murderer.

It's been a while since I played, but I think you can talk to somebody in the Balmora House Hlaalu about a red-haired dunmer. Also, the murdered guy's maid has some information.
Nine-toes denies being the murderer.

If you have a good enough security pick the lock on the upper door instead, that way the guards won't see you. You get there by jumping from the towerstairs:eek:

My problem is everytime I try to ask about Ralen Hlaalo people ask "Who?" even if they've just mentioned him to me. Something isn't working right.:nono:

I guess most of the people in Balmora don't know Hlaalo. But I think the woman on the first floor of the House Hlaalu place does. In fact, I think this is a House Hlaalu quest.
The murderer also turns out to be one of the bad guys that Varro wants you to kill.

ok :o , i'm on the mission where you have to raid the Mages Guild, every body has gone out but i can't find the sword i need to get and open the 75lock chests..:erm:
How did you guys do it..

I used a master lockpick but I can't remember what my security level was. Just try to get as good lockpick as possible and if you still can't open it then take some time of and practice your securityskill-if you're not good at alteration ofcourse. Or you might find a locksplitter scroll they can be found on random. You already know the securitymaster if you did all the thiefguilds quests in Balmora. He sells good lockpicks.:eek:
