So I've entered the Rebel Camp after talking to the girl I rescued in the temple of Akbaa. I am now unable to go outside the camp, as I haven't got the right keys! :( The German walkthrough says talk to Arx Carlo ?????? Who/where is that??

After talking with Alia you should automatically have the Secret Dagger pass. Go down the stairs from Alia's room and make a left. You'll find a guard and a door with a tiny keyhole next to the door. Use the Secret Dagger pass on it to open the door.
