I've managed to get two power cells, but I don't know what to do with them. I do not have the code for the command control room. What do i do with the batteries, and where can I get the code?

You find the code for command control in [SPOILER]the crew section, search the corpses for logs.[/SPOILER]
You'll need one power cell in command control.
