I built stronghold recently. Who are the people inside? I can't talk with them about relevant things. Also, there are urns, weapons, chest (some even locked or trapped). Why, if this is my stronghold?

Two reasons, depending on your personal point of view:
1) They're your servants, and the plot of land is named something other than your character's name in homage to some great House lord.
2) The designers couldn't find a way to rename maps, and each of the 3 strongholds thus had to be statically named for the people who're normally in them; they just disable the NPC owner of whatever your House's stronghold is. (If this doesn't make sense, do a few more missions for your House and you'll see)
