Is it possible to bring slaves and stuff to your stronghold after you reach Lvl3? Can you do anything after lvl3?

Once you've reached the highest level of stronghold there is nothing more you can do to it except decorate it with random junk, or there are some people who will follow you and you can tell them to wait, slaves bought in tel Aruhn can't be told to wait so they are no good but there are pilgrims and such who ask to be escorted to places and people who need help fighting such and such who you can flag finishing the quest and use to decorate your stronghold. Hlaalu gets a special guy who is supposed to help you clear out a mine but you can leave him around your stronghold and telll him to follow or wait even after you've done the quest.
