Works perfectly with a wired connection. I've got it hooked up to the Steam box via PowerLine and played L4D2 without any issues.

By PowerLine, do you mean ethernet over AC? If you do, I've always wanted to ask someone how well that works.

Yes. It's almost the same as plugging it straight into the router tbh. I did a speed test to compare my PC and the steam box: 13.05Mbps vs 12.48Mbps via EOP; ping was identical. As you can see, the difference is imperceptible.

Cool. I might actually have a reason to pick up a Steam Link now. I've always wanted to play games on the big TV downstairs.
