Strange event on closing a TTLG window

Sometimes when I close a TTLG Forums window in my Opera-style browser, "MyIE2" it starts opening dozens of Internet Explorer windows in a row, this only happens with TTLG.

Normal IE windows or MyIE windows (or MyIE tabs)?
Do they contain anything? If yes, you might have caught some annoying spyware thingy. Use (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) Ad-Aware to find and remove those pests. Also, if you don't yet have one, grab a good (http://www.hbedv.com) virus (http://www.grisoft.com/) scanner (or scan (http://housecall.trendmicro.com/) online).

The window I'm closing is a MyIE tab, the plain MS IE windows opening after that are all trying to open the URL of the window I closed in the first place. No Ad-Ware, or viruses, this hasn't happened before, maybe I should downgrade to an older version, even though I've been having this one for some time

Really odd. It's not TTLG, I'm sure about that much. I'm using MyIE2 as a secondary browser (primary: Mozilla Firebird) myself and have never had any problems... which MyIE version do you use?
