Well, actually one is just a collision error bug (I think) but the other is very... Strange.
First off, in Vivec at the High Fane, if you go behind one of the doors, on the other side of the building, (It'll be a wall facing Vivec's Palace) you can walk right through it.

Second, I noticed on Xbox that you can see things underground by looking through a plant's leaves... It's hard to make out at first. But all you have to do is find a rock or tree, then a plant with a lot of leaves (I think only small insubstantial leaves work) look toward one of the objects you've chosen, and you'll see an outlind of whatever you've chosen going under the ground... Strange? Indeed.
