I naively used the editor to add the lightning bolt spell to my slave so he could actually be of some use in a fight, it works great, except he keeps almost frying me with it as well. I can't figure out how to remove items and/or spells from NPC's, could anyone give me some pointers?
Also, does anyone know of any really good housing mods, I've developed a sudden desire for a permanent residence (council club getting too small). Preferably one with a nice indoor pool and some of those wonderful glass display cases :)

I've been having problems with the rgpplanet site, which is where I used to get my mods from, there seems to be a problems with their mod database, but I'll have a look at the other site. Thanks again!:)

If you wanted to remove the spell from the slave in game...
Go into the console, and click on the slave, which should select it.
Then type: ->removespell "lightning bolt" that should remove the spell from them.
Suggested house mods:
Abandoned Flat... has armor manequins, conservatory(place to gather ingredients), a quest line, summoning chamber, training facility(dummies, archery, security, battle pit, pool, and more...)
Balmora Private Tower... very nicely decorated with lots of storage space(like all house mods), indoor waterfall which you can turn on or off, access to a small tradehall with some merchants, and a creepy skull which teleports you back to your house(theres a red fog scene when you use it, like your going through oblivion), and more stuff.
Bank mod... creates several house locations which you need to buy. Sadrith mora, Tel Aruhn, Suran, Balmora, Caldera, and most other cities now have residences that you can buy(note, it looks like the author just copied interior locations, like the bookstore in balmora for balmora manor, and forgot to take off the ownership tags on most of the stuff... so if you pick up any misc items, books, or anything else out of them, they will be flagged as stolen, you might want to clean it in the editor.)
