Haha, I was once an active member of their forums. I thought talking about games with fellow Christians would be fun. But the endless discussions with fundamentalists were frustrating and exhausting. Not just the religious and political stuff. I mean you couldn’t even talk about a random game like say, Call of Duty in peace without someone barging into the thread to say that we’re not good Christians because real Christians abstain from playing violent games and only play stuff like Animal Crossing and Mario games. My wife noticed my frustration and repeatedly said: being in that place does not make you happy. After a few times I realized she was right, and stopped visiting and never came back. A good decision. If I’d still been there during the Trump years I might’ve pulled my hair out in frustration.
