Alrighty, after 6 hours and 40 minutes my first BIG MARKETING PUSH is done.
1 Steam Page and 1 Announcement Trailer published,
15 gaming news outlets e-mailed,
4 social media accounts, 3 forums, and 2 discord groups posted to,
(
https://www.indiedb.com/company/september-games) 1 company page and 1 game page on IndieDB created,
and one Stilt Fella game on itch.io rebranded as (
https://henke.itch.io/stilt-fella) Stilt Fella Classic.
Now to lean back and watch the publicity and fame come rolling in.
Sulphur, that's
exactly how it looks in the game. Well done.

You did take everyone's advice with respect to making it open-world and adding RPG elements and crafting, right?
henke on 18/9/2019 at 13:04
Well, if you're going forward you can only get as far as the finish line, BUT if you walk backwards it's extremely open world, you can in fact walk right off the edge of the world.

How about a Switch version?

How playable is Stilt Fella with KB+M?
henke on 19/9/2019 at 14:14
I've always focused more on the gamepad controls as that's really how I feel the game should be played. The way the 2 joysticks represent the 2 stilts is, like... THE WHOLE THING, for me. I think this GIF says it all.
Inline Image:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/4xxwhubvnc8t5aj/SF_ctrl_002.gif?raw=1But yeah, it's also gonna be fully playable with M+KB, including menu navigation. The previous version ended up being a bit
too playable with M+KB, as demonstrated by (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxeUEzOJehc) this SGDQ player, so I'm gonna finetune the controls a bit more this time around to make sure they're not that exploitable.
