hrm.. few days ago i asked how to get the belt from Hrasis (think thats her name) in pelagald (think thats the towns name, lol the town between starting village and Balmora) Someone sugested that i try stealing something from her room with the door closed then kill her when she attacks me. Well i got back to that town and talked to the cat chick after taking care of the guy that was harassing her, then i went upstairs to give this a shot... no go. Crime is reported and the entire inn attacks me (like 5 or 6 people =P) ouch, well i decided to kill them all anyway to see what belt it was and was able to do so, for some reason the whole inn attacked me (even the cat chick with 100% faction points, bah!) but she didn't, after i whiped them all out i just attacked her, its actually a pretty nice belt fortifies agility constantly.
Im outa ideas i cant think of any way to get this belt, shes evil so i got nothing against killing her, but i dont want to kill the rest of the inn, what the heck can i do?!

kill her, run out the door, pay the fine, come back in, loot the belt

Tuco just said it. Kill her, rush down and avoid everyone, and then pay the fine. Make sure if you have anything stolen, leave it with her corpse in her room. Then come back and take it all.

err.. lol ALL my gear is stolen. hrm... i guess thats the only way to do it, and try my damndest not to hur the other people. alright, i'll give that a shot, tnx man. as long as i pay the fine i wont have any negative effects right? dont wanna be kicked from my guild

have u tryed taunting her? thats what i do when i want somthing, taunt them then kill them and walk away a happy person

Xanatos has hit it on the head. Whenever I want to make someone stop breathing I taunt them. I have gotten my speechcraft up in points a great deal, because just for fun I taunt people and kill them.

like i said before i cant even talk to her when i click her i just get the goodbye msg in red, cant persuade or anything. it sucks

Yeah, I know of her. She tells you to get out when you talk to her so you're unable to even attempt to taunt her.
Have you tried sneaking up behind her and backstabbing? I thought a successful backstab (if it kills) alerts nobody except witnesses. Could be wrong though.

If you can't avoid the people in the Inn, just cast the simple doorjam spell on the door and the use recall or intervention to get out, you'll need that belt for the late morang tong missions so you might as well get it now :-).
