They are threads that we deem important. Unlike regular threads their position in the forum does not change when someone replies to them - they are "stuck" to the top of the forum.

That's what I'd like to know. You work at Corbis or something, OnionBob? Because its friggin' hilarious. My fave is the Tigger one, wherever that is. The next step up would be a forum sketch artist/cartoonist.
