I had some dagger with the name 'Heavens' in it, I believe. It gave me levitation on use. Is this the same weapon you're talking about?

Boots of the Apostle are the biz when it comes to levitation. Unless you're a Khajiit or an Argonian, in which case you can't wear them.

Great stuff, great stuff. Wizard's Staff is good too, but only if you wear the Boots of Blinding Speed (and perhaps some other speed modifiers) with them, since the staff only delivers 10 points of levitation. Atleast, I think a high speed makes up for it.

hmmm... am I right in saying that levitation points work as multiples of natural running speed, where 10 points = 1x multiplier? I always seem to travel at my exact running speed when using 10 point spells at least. Logically then 20 points would have you fly at double run speed.
But yeah, as stated, just about ANY levitate spell works good with the boots of blinding speed.
I wonder what would happen if you combined the b.o.b.s with that scroll that gives 60 seconds of 500 point levitate? I think the game would probably crash...
