Thank you, Vae. Well, Soma is quite cheap, so I'll probably buy one more. Any advice? :)
I would say Doom or Fallout 4.
There has been some mixed reactions to FO4. Think of it this way: FO4 is like the Skyrim of the Fallout series. The story is not very strong, but the visceral experience is immersive.
I would get Doom first, and then get Fallout 4 after that.

I agree with the icemann on all points.
The strongest elements are: settlement defense (I loved it), crafting (best ever), visceral combat, and exploration.
It's weaker on the story/questing end, but the strongest ever on the immediate visceral experience...So unless your primary enjoyment is based on story and questing, you're going to really like Fallout 4.

I highly, highly recommend Doom.
I was determined to hate it, but it's the best straight-up shooter I've played in years.

Soma, Doom and Fallout 4 then! :)

I was very unimpressed with FO4 around launch, but now that it actually works I'm enjoying it a lot. It's not much of an RPG, but there's plenty of exploration to be done and building settlements can be fun too especially with mods. Well worth getting, especially since no one else is making games quite like these and the next Elder Scrolls is probably still years away.

Soma is ace, definitely worth looking at.
I bought a dlc pack for Assetto Corsa, and the season pass for Bioshock Infinite.
Doom is very tempting but it's Denuvo. I won't get that out of principle - I like to be able to play my games at any time in the future.

What's the knock on Denuvo? I've seen that mentioned several times recently, but don't know much about it.

It's some kind of dial-home activation DRM. People (myself included) don't like the idea of that kind of DRM because it adds an extra thing which can go wrong - especially in the future as companies close - and make your games unplayable.
This one in particular seems to work fairly well and without major issues, so the problem is mostly the potential for games to stop working in the future.
The funny thing is that they add these to stop piracy, yet the only reason I'm willing to buy such games is because I know that if it ever stops working, the pirates will have my back and I'll be able to get a working copy of the game I own from them.
(Nevermind the fact that spending huge amounts of money on DRM is a fallacy and the proper way to get people to buy your games instead of pirating is to make the bought games more convenient - and high enough quality that people feel that they are worth the money.)

Quick question. Just Cause 3 is on sale and I've been wanting that one for a long time. Have the PC performance issues improved since launch?
