11 million hits for TTLG, all the extra is down to the Thief 4 announcement. This will all disappear until we get more news and then it'll go up again, and then down. Like a see-saw.

Sill little Chrome-love, I see. :(

I'm never touching Chrome again after the EULA debacle.

That stat looks pretty high. I'm using Opera and I have a dynamic IP. Will that bump up the percentage more than it should be? I don't have a clue how the data is collected.

I assume it's based on how many pages are accessed from Opera, not how many different people are using it.
So, I'm ranking up more Opera usage than, say, an IE user who only reads the forums occasionally is ranking up IE usage.

I remember Daveh saying last time that he checked it and 1 heavy forum-user amounts to nothing in the stats. You two certainly aren't pushing the Opera level. Sorry.
Neb on 4/6/2009 at 09:48
No, no. This is good. Plenty of people here seem to like Opera I guess. :D

That wasn't quite what he said. He said that I wouldn't be ranking up anything major unless I was sitting there refreshing the homepage every 10 seconds. That still implies that it's usage-based.

True. Assuming Neb does not keep hitting F5 the fact that he has a dynamic IP plays no role in the general statistical insignificance of his TTLG abuse.
With you it's a different story of course, NV.... :nono:

I keep forgetting big named sites keep referencing people here. Is it our charming personality?
Doesn't seem likely.
