I'm surprised I've never figured this out before, but it's better than any hypnotist I've ever been to and absolutely takes me away. Lawn chair + cold beer + partly cloudy + music = ultimate relaxation. So how else do ya'll relax?

I turn off any source of electrical lighting, light some candles, and play my piano until wheneverthefuck I want. Beautiful piano music can really put a troubled mind at ease.
