And the worst part is, he always has that look like a sad puppy.

Keep your filthy paws off my sweet, sweet Nicolas!
I don't remember a movie with him in it I didn't like, though I haven't watched National Treasure 2 yet. Yeah yeah, I know I'd be hardly pressed to remember a movie with ANYONE in it I didn't like, but that's beside the point!

I imagine in something like National Treasure or Con Air he's just dull.
Con Air or National Treasure are somewhat forgettable yet cool movies.
Now The Wicker Man, that one's
atrocious.

But what I'm saying is, even if the movies are passable, is HE a draw? Does he have magnetic performances? I can understand being driven to a film because it stars Bob Hoskins or Steve Buscemi or even Bruce Campbell...but Nicholas Cage?
That said, I did actually like The Weatherman quite a bit.

I was rewatching this other day, and I'm surprised no one's put together their own edit of the movie. It would be interesting to see if it would be a better film if you removed all of the totally needless exposition (i.e. all the parts where Lucas felt he needed a character to explain what was going on, even though everyone watching the movie can see what's going on with their own fucking eyes) and edited the videogame cutscene cgi bullshit to remove stuff that doesn't advance the story in any way (like 3/4 of the fucking intro space fight, including the retarded buzz droid shit and all of the dialog). My money's on no, actually, since you'd end up with a 30 minute film in all likelihood, but it could be interesting. Maybe between all 3 prequel films you could pull together an hour and a half of interesting shit.
Edit: As long as Nicolas Cage has Raising Arizona and Face/Off on his resume I'll always at least pay some attention to whatever he's doing, even if it ultimately ends up being retarded.

Oh ok. I'd say he's lost most of that power. His big moment was the nineties.

What you never heard of Fener? I'm shocked.
By the way, if you do a google search on Darth Fener, you will immediately do a Picard involuntarily when seeing the results. Fun stuff!
I beg you pardon, 't was just the italian adaptation. I read now that it was "Darth Vader"... Damn!! Why they have to change everything anytime??

You've been watching the wrong movies, massimisnoggmyloggi. Forget Darth
Fener Penor, you haven't watched
real American cinema until you see (
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0094012/) Darth Casco.
