Wee wee...:)

Looks like an other game I'll have to D/L and warez since it won't be out on the PC here for about two ice ages after the US. Why do they make me do this? There's nothing worse than reading 9.5 reviews about a game you can't get your hands on, and you know all you have to do it hit that 'lil download button.
How hard is it to release in the US and Europe simultaneously? Microsoft seem to manage it.
Christ, Lucas Arts game are one of the few I buy by default because I always like them. I own more Lucas arts games than any other publisher.

Looking very forward to it indeed, but still have to agree with Talgor a bit. It almost looks too good to be true. The same thing with Jedi Outcast:tsktsk: But, considering the time they've spent on it and how open they've been in keeping us informed (screenies, interviews etc.), I'd say they've a good thing brewing up:thumb: Something you want to do again and again.

Well thats incredibly cynical...ya know it could be just a realy good game, not just ass kissing reviewers... :erg:

I haven't tried the game yet. Haven't been released in Sweden. I want this game to be good. But, unfortunally, the more previews/trailers/info I see, the more I lose hope. So, unless I'm trying it at a friends place and is mighty impressed by it, I'm not gonna get it until it's released cheap 2 years from now or so.

I may very well pick the game up, but I'm waiting for more realistic views of the game to surface.
I especially liked how the guy praised certain features as being such glistening, new innovations, and yet these same features have been found in games for a decade or more. Gamespot gave it a 9.1, though, and I respect their publication more.

don't really read reviews, so I cannot comment on what's been said in that regard.
however, I saw the trailer a while back and was instantly excited about an RPG element being added to the Star Wars FPS. a new deus ex, perhaps, but in the Star Wars world?

It's not an FPS. It's essentially Baldur's Gate in 3D.
That'd be a nice concept, though.
Venroth on 16/7/2003 at 19:25
So you have a party to control then? That would suck in 3D. Or when you say 'like Baldur's Gate' do you just mean 'really good RPG'
