How he never took off into further great films I'll never get, but meh. Did great in the WC games once they went FMV heavy. Did great on voice work duties in things like Batman after.

And apparently this is going to be part one of a three-part release. Look, Sq42 can last 20 hours or whatever, but after more than ten years of this, I think even if SC and its associated modules turn out to be good, I wouldn't buy it out of spite.

Hahahaha~ Yeah, kick that ball, Charlie Brown. XD

Oh I dunno. I don't hold any resentment against em. I've never been disappointed in this project because I've never really believed in it. If it comes out and is good, I'll play it.

That doesn't compute - you don't have to believe in something to be disgusted by its business practices. I did want SC to succeed because I'm a huge Wing Commander fan, but I didn't back it because I didn't have faith in Chris being able to pull it off, and the longer I saw what was going on, the more it became clear that was the right choice.
If you buy it, that's your decision, of course, but know that you'd be supporting this thing's business model and its undeniable pathological grift.

If it's feature-complete, I'd guess they're about 50% through the development process? Maybe 75% if we're being generous. So we'll see a release in about 3-5 years? :)

What, selling $10 000 dollar videogame spaceships? I don't understand why anyone actually
bought them, but hey, who am I to tell people what dumb shit they should spend their money on? If there actually IS a game at the end of all this I'll take that as proof if wasn't all just a big scam.
