The shifty-eyed fellow by the name of Norvillis tells you that
he wants to rob Stank Manor in Vivec. He explains that while
Stank himself is conveniently absent, the door to his
subterranean abode is too well-guarded, and he has not the
means to pass.
The would-be thief assures you that Stank won't be returning
for some time. The grim sly look in his eyes tells you that this
may be all too true. Norvillis continues, saying that Stank was
likely a reclusive scholarly fellow, and that he rarely ventured
away from the foreign quarter or the canalworks which had
become his home.
Suddenly, you hear the whiz of a sniper's arrow from out of the
darkness. Norvillis is shot through the throat and falls to the
ground gurgling and choking.
Fearing for your own life, you run, unfortunately leaving
Norvillis behind to die. This is one for the authorities to
handle. No use getting involved in a mess like that, you think,
as you hit the road again.

I started off with dragonsong's tut #1 and then started playing
with other features that caught my interest. A couple of rooms.
Some things to do. No big deal, but it's a cool place to hang
out, and there are a few surprises.
The doorway is located in the Vivec foreign quarter canalworks.
Have fun!

Let's call this one a micro-mod. ;)

A couple of small but well-stocked rooms. Two or three guardian monsters. A private bed. ;) A few surprises and hidden cookies. (Low level thief skills are required.) Stank Manor, located in the Vivec foreign quarter canalworks, is yours to plunder....
Note: I do consider this add-on as kind of a cheat, because there is a lot of saleable stuff to be found in this "micro-dungeon." But, there's probably enough danger to keep low level characters challenged. For a medium or high level character, the swag found here will net a tidy sum of gold, but there's nothing here you haven't seen before.

I like your house (on your page). Nice lair :) I'll try this one out too, 'soon as I get home...lots of quality mods coming out. In fact, I was making a "Quick Teleportation Tower for Folks Around Balmora" but someone beat me to it already (although they went overkill and made it go EVERYWHERE - I only had in mind a few hard to get locations, so it wouldn't be too much of a cheat, just a small convenience) What's next for ya?

Thanks, Damodred. It's a cozy little crib. ;)
I've taken up residence in Stank Manor now that I'm exploring Vivec which is HUGE! :) It's a very convenient place to sleep and store my stuff.
