You'll eventually get the "meet guide" mission, and he'll tell you where to meet another character in order to find where to get this decoder. The decoder is what lets you find the truth behind the wish granter.

And killing the insane stalker is a mission for Freedom (you then return his flash drive to them).

You mean the Guide in derelict building in Cordon? I talked to him, he sent me to Strelok's base to meet Doctor, is this the person? Doctor didn't gave me any decoder. :confused:

The Doctor gave you the location of the decoder in Pripyat.

Aaah right... I completely forgot why I am go to Pripyat in the first place.

A common stalker has different issues of life you know - weapon and artifact smuggling, fighting in arena, head hunting, drinking in Bar... :p

I killed Chef once and Freedom were still my friends, must have been in the night time, can't remember exactly.

It seems as a fresh couple of Freedom stalkers come to their base to help defending it once I kill certain amount of the locals. It seems to be necessary to kill all the snipers and leader as quickly as possible and get out of the base.

Do the duty guys at the bar area respawn? That would suck to make enemies out of them if so.
