Neither. Army Warehouse is a zone - it's where the freedom base is.

The SPAS 12 is probably better than the combat chaser. The damage difference isn't that big and you get an extra 3 shells in the SPAS 12.

SPAS 12 can be found in Yantar and Red Forest too. Look for a zombie in exo suit ;).

I found another trader! Though it's in the bar area, so it won't be of too much help. Inside the duty base, turn right and go a little ways, and there will be a Colonel Pachinko or some such that wants to give you a quest to kill a stalker.

He has unlimited funds to sell to him.

Do the traders give different amounts of money if you sell items to them? Like weapons are more valuable in the bar than Cordon?

Btw, I get plenty of cash for weapons in the Bar, the assault rifles being very valuable, up to 3000 RUs a piece if I remember correctly.
