Vivan, you´re talking of a enhanced version of "shadows of chernobyl" right, but "Lost Alpha" offers new mpas to explore, right?
Thank you Mike, i think there is a torrent of Lost alpha, probably its better to use it as it contains all parts.

Yeah, kinda. OGSE has got a lot of new maps in it though - the swamp, the dead city, darkscape, generators, all the cut maps, and the originals have been expanded quite a bit. All the new maps are fully populated with stuff to do (unlike LA) and pretty polished. Having tried both, OGSE beats LA hands down.

There's also a wierd system of hidden teleports and an abandoned underground rail system for fast travel, eventually - you have to explore and fight a lot to earn it though. Honestly, OGSE is really really good. If you like stalker you owe it to yourself to give it a go. LA lost me after a few days of slogging through empty maps.

I tried playing LA several months ago and had nothing but problems. To say it is 'buggy' is an understatement, imo. I finally just uninstalled and went on to something else. I'm severely disappointed because I was SO looking forward to playing LA. :(

Thank you Vivian, i will try the mod you mention since it contains new maps to explore, and its always enjoyable to replay Stalker, i have beated all difficult modes so far except the hardest difficult mode which i haven't tried yet. Stalker games were one of the best Videogame experiences i had, somehow the game reminds me places of my country, the atmospheres of the game are very beautiful and deep with a huge help from the desolated soundtrack that is very good, such as the music/ambient sound from the Red florest map. Not even Metro or fallout got me involved in a intense and passionated like Stalker games did, specially "Shadows of Chernobyl"
