Our website (
http://www.systemshock.org/) is currently hosted on a shared server. Two days ago our host informed me that she plans to terminate our hosting plan on short notice because we're using up too much CPU. (See (

We will now move to a dedicated server by a different host. The new machine will have an Ubuntu based LAMP installation, a preconfigured firewall (iptables) and an FTP server (vsftpd).
I'm looking for someone to configure the following programs via SSH for 2 separate domains:
* FTP server configuration
* phpMyAdmin installation and configuration
* Mailserver installation and configuration
* PHP and MySQL configuration (if necessary)
* things I didn't think of (general help)
You should have previous experience with configuring a linux based webserver & mailserver via SSH. DNS management is not required. Note that we won't be able to pay you. As it's all about setup and initial configuration I guess we're talking at most about 2 or 3 evenings of work. Start will be at the end of next week.

I don't mind doing this if you need. I've had lots of experience with Linux and manage a couple of dedicated Linux servers for hosting web sites and other software (mainly exim for email, apache, mysql etc. - the usual suspects).
