A - Could be a 40mm grenade launcher attachment, maybe an unfinished project?
B - Probably doesn't feel very comfortable to hold.
C - That explains why my friend misses turrets so goddamn much with this thing in co-op. :P
D - That's the magazine tube for holding shells, much like the clip of a pistol, not a second barrel.

Judging by the size of that shotgun shell, it should be -500 gauge.
Grenades are the size of soup cans. Large soup cans.
A med hypo could easily be used to assault someone.
The Gamepig is larger than any portable game system that has ever existed.
Wrenches really ought to be massive two-handed weapons. This only reinforces my mental image of Goggles as some ham-fisted giant.
All the bolts on the Von Braun are about the size of a balled fist.
Shortly after all hell broke loose, the wrench became the most popular item with which to bonk other humans/subhumans as you can't find a single clean one onboard.
Still nobody knows what that goddamn 2nd barrel on the
Assault Rifle Sub-Machine Gun is for.

Yes, many items are bigger than they realistically should be. That's not a goof, it's an intentional design decision to make items easy to spot and pick up. A realistically-sized hypo would just be a tiny sliver of pixels unless you kneeling directly over it.

BTW do you know why all the wrenches on the VB are bloody? I have this theory, I think it's because they all use one texture, which is bloody but I wasn't sure. Maybe you can confirm this being the texture guru that you are?
