Shes an android apparently. Which is the reason for that. Going by what was said in the other Ep 2 thread in the gen gaming section it appears that all the graffiti in the hidden rooms is from prior android versions of yourself from earlier failed tests.

Definately not the R2D2 kind, which is a robot. I meant an Android like Bishop in Aliens etc.

I loved PORTAL! I think it has something to do with being a lab rat and then trying to escape the maze. There's just something in the subconscious of wandering in the off-limits area that really gets your adrenaline pumping. Who hasn't wondered what it would be like to go through those double door restricted areas in shopping malls and explore areas that are not meant for your eyes? This is what PORTAL does for me. You see the guts of what is working behind the scenes and how crude the atmosphere really is from the laboratories.
