Thousand apologies :o :sweat: !!! Yesterday, after getting home, I checked things out, and found that I had indeed missed that alcove :tsktsk: . All I can think is that on Tuesday I was so excited about getting into the armory, that I that I forgot all about it :( . I know, a lame excuse :sweat: .
(Yes, there were two penetrator clips and two rail clips there :))

If someone can remember where is Skorpion minigun (guide tells it's on the SW of the Engineering Deck) please give a hint or even a slight reminiscence.
I've blown all 4 antennae (oh those dark northern Enforcers corridors! :sweat:), security level is 0% and I've run through the SW part of the level 3 or 4 times but seem to look away from the obvious (or hidden).

You could have started a new thread for this, instead of resurrecting a four year old one.
The weapon is not in plain sight. When I get home I'll try to get some screenshots showing where it is. It's in one of those underground passages, and you have to hit a switch to get to it. If I remember correctly, when you come out of the elevator, go straight forward to the door ahead. Behind that door you'll be greeted by a Sec-2 Robot straight ahead, and an Exec-Bot to your left. Follow that hallway, and approximately halfway through it, to your right you'll find an opening, leading to a lower level. It's inside those passages.
The Skorpion is not a minigun, by the way. It's a SMG.

Thanks for reply. I've already found Skorpion SMG on the fourth run. I really missed one undeground passage: it opened to my right when I passed through the door right next to elevator from level 6. And you're right, a button guarded by Sec-2 bot needed to be pressed to get that gun.
Still I can't find Blaster on Flight Deck (Lev 5). According to the walkthrough it's somewhere near the repulsor lifts. Does it refer to passages to the Resistance group marked with "Gray"? I ran there several times but found nothing but a Sparq on the body in that last room with Cortex Reaver.
I guess it's not great weapon but I'd like to try them all. They're really cool.

Yes, it does refer to those passages. But the Blaster is not in the room with the Cortex Reaver. Just explore all the possible places you can access from those repulsor lifts. At the end of one of them you'll find the Blaster, lying on the floor; it's not difficult at all to come across it. There should be a Sec-1 Robot there.
