Hello to you all, i just registered.
I'm from Germany, some 30+ Years old and mostly °winks° Male.
Very nice to see, that the Games from LG still are
that much liked, talked and worked on (upon?).
Here are my first 2 Questions.
(I searched for "32 bit" and "32bit" and "colordepth" but couldnt
find something)
1. is it possible to play System Shock 1 in 32 bit Colordepth?
2. is it possible to play System Shock 2 in 32 bit Colordepth?

The art assets in SS2 were not designed in 32-bit, so changing that number, while not causing the game to crash (IIRC), will not make any difference to the graphics in the game. Similiarly, SS1 was just not designed to run at 32-bit so it wouldn't make any difference to the graphics if the game suddenly supported them.
Though you could try the skirt thing, I can't say I've tackled that angle.

I tried my black long one, my wide silvery and even my short Skirt.
It doesnt work.

Not without a user-made 32bit renderer they won't.

Now that, being a better question, is something I can't answer for sure. As far as I can remember from the discussions here, the Dark engine simply doesn't support 32-bit depth colours.

If i do 32-bit Textures and watch them 16 bit-wise, even if it would work,
wouldnt that compromise the Colors?
Like... if i write a Letter consisting of only the numbers 1,2,3,4,5 and 6,
and give that to someone who cant read 2's and 5's.
